My tally:

Started Sat (DNF - strange vomiting thing again, possibly rears its head when no warmup then hit hard from line in Loveboat style) and Mon (finished but pleased with effort). No start on Sunday.

And the definition of Love boat on urban dictionary is beyond belief and not appropriate for this forum.

Just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing out on some vital info.

If "Loveboat-style" is to hit out hard from the line, then how does
everyone cope with missing their "schooner/elbow-on-the-bar-style"
